About the Role:
- We're seeking a highly driven U.S. Recruiter for a 6-month full-time contract.
- Ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup and can build strong pipelines quickly.
- Must be creative and persistent when sourcing for hard-to-fill roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end recruitment for U.S. startup roles.
- Source candidates via LinkedIn, Greenhouse, Upwork, Indeed, referrals, and AI tools.
- Partner with hiring managers and maintain accurate hiring data in the ATS.
What We're Looking For:
- 7+ years of recruiting experience, specifically for U.S.-based roles.
- Proven track record in proactive sourcing and pipeline management.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
