Recruiter

Accountabilities:

• Build and execute a proactive talent community strategy.
• Own the full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, and offer management.
• Develop creative, role-specific sourcing strategies.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in technical recruiting, with at least 2 years in-house at a scaling startup.
• Strong understanding of engineering culture and ability to engage with technical communities.
• Excellent candidate relationship-building skills and commitment to candidate experience.
