Lead full-cycle recruitment for Director and VP-level roles, from sourcing to placement.
Partner with senior leadership to understand business needs and define candidate profiles.
Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to build diverse candidate pipelines for hard-to-fill roles.

Responsibilities:

Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure alignment with role requirements and organizational objectives.
Present and recommend top candidates to leadership, and stay current on compensation trends.
Support and mentor other recruiters on sourcing strategies and talent attraction efforts.

Additional Details:

Contribute to the development and optimization of enterprise talent acquisition strategies and processes.
Implement and refine project-based staffing model, ensuring efficient placement and engagement.
Help with revision and implementation of HR policies and procedures to automate and improve recruiting processes.
