Senior Recruiter

Job Overview:

• We are seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead hiring for strategic business and technical roles.
• You will partner with senior leaders to shape and scale critical functions at VRChat.
• You will be a trusted advisor on org design, headcount planning, and market intelligence.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Partner with senior leadership and hiring managers to influence headcount planning and hiring strategies.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment, building candidate pipelines and managing offer negotiations.
• Provide insights on talent trends and compensation benchmarks to inform hiring decisions.

Experience, Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across technical, product, or creative roles.
• Proven ability to partner with hiring managers and close candidates in competitive markets.
• Strong sourcing capabilities and experience using data to improve recruiting outcomes.
