Accountabilities:
- Build and nurture diverse talent pipelines for go-to-market and technical roles.
- Partner with business leaders to develop recruitment strategies and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
- Leverage AI and modern talent acquisition technologies to improve recruiting efficiency.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of professional recruitment experience in SaaS or technology environments.
- Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and modern ATS (Ashby preferred).
- Analytical and data-driven mindset with strong stakeholder management skills.
