Accountabilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from intake to pre-boarding.
• Develop and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies using job boards and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Champion diversity and inclusive hiring practices throughout the process.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in technology or professional services.
• Strong expertise in proactive sourcing and headhunting with LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
