About the Role:
- This is a full cycle recruiting role in a fast growing healthcare environment.
- You will own sourcing, screening, offers, and process improvement.
- Work across clinical, corporate, and operational hiring streams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full cycle recruiting processes across multiple roles.
- Build proactive talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools.
- Coordinate complex interview processes with stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience.
- Proven ability to source and hire specialized professionals.
- Strong operations skills including ATS administration and reporting.
