Technical Talent Partner

The Role:

• You will partner with Engineering and Product leaders as a strategic talent advisor.
• You will own full-cycle recruitment for technical and product roles across the organization.
• You will influence hiring strategy, process optimization, and employer branding.

What You'll Do:

• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles.
• Manage high-volume requisitions while maintaining quality candidate experience.
• Use data and metrics to drive hiring decisions and improve outcomes.
