• Own recruitment processes from beginning to end.
• Partner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements and design interview processes.
• Develop sourcing strategies and build qualified pipelines for technical roles.

What we are looking for:

• 2-5 years of recruiting experience in a high-growth technology environment.
• Hands-on technical recruiting experience across software engineering, product, QA, and design.
• Proactive, clear communicator with strong organizational skills.
