Role:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for Information Technology positions.
• Build trusted relationships with hiring managers to define role requirements and sourcing strategies.
• Develop talent pipelines using job boards, referrals, networking, and career events.

Requirements:

• 5–7 years of recruiting experience, with a focus on technology or IT talent acquisition.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to assess IT roles and technologies.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems like Workday and Microsoft Office.
