About the Role:
- Support full-cycle recruiting for technical and non-technical positions across government contracts.
- Contribute to sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding processes.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and timelines.
Who You Are:
- A detail-oriented professional with at least 2 years of recruiting experience, including 1 year in technical or GovCon roles.
- Proficient in ATS platforms, job boards, and sourcing tools.
- A proactive communicator with strong relationship-building skills.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive salary range of $50k-$80k annually, based on experience.
