Lead/Senior Technical Recruiter

Responsibilities:

• Own full-cycle recruiting across technical, business, and GTM functions from IC to leadership.
• Partner with hiring managers on role definition, sourcing strategy, and candidate evaluation.
• Use data-driven approaches and AI tools to improve processes and candidate experience.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including significant technical recruiting in high-growth startups.
• Strong sourcing, candidate assessment, and closing skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Experience mentoring other recruiters and influencing senior leaders through market insight.
