Use rigorous and analytical methods to report and analyze data, improving throughput and offer acceptance rates

Qualifications:

5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in high-growth SaaS environments
Track record of recruiting top talent from leading AI and tech companies
Proven success scaling teams and building recruiting infrastructure from scratch in a high-growth environment
