Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, Corporate

About the Role:

• Figure Technologies is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to own hiring across Corporate functions, including Capital Markets, Finance, Legal, People, and other business teams.
• This is a hands-on individual contributor role where you'll partner directly with leaders to find and close top talent.
• You’ll move quickly, adjust to shifting priorities, and take pride in every hire you make.

What You’ll Do:

• Own full-cycle recruiting across multiple Corporate functions and build proactive pipelines for senior talent.
• Partner with leaders to define talent needs, bring market insights, and drive faster, smarter hiring decisions.
• Use AI, automation, and data to improve processes, protect Figure’s talent bar, and enhance candidate experience.

What We Look For:

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment, with expertise in Corporate functions like Capital Markets, Finance, Legal, or HR.
• A strong track record of sourcing and closing senior, specialized talent, along with exceptional analytical and influencing skills.
• Bias for action, ownership, and ability to create structure and improve hiring processes while using modern recruiting technology.
