Senior TA Partner

Role Overview:

• Strategic talent acquisition role supporting a broad portfolio of hiring needs across India and APJC.
• Own full-lifecycle recruitment while acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders.
• Combine executive search, corporate and operations hiring, early-career recruitment, and university engagement.

Accountabilities:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, candidate engagement, and offer consultation.
• Support executive-level recruitment across India and contribute to senior-level hiring in APJC.
• Use market intelligence, data, and AI-enabled tools to shape effective talent strategies.

Requirements:

• 12+ years of professional recruiting experience, including 6+ years in corporate TA.
• Proven full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions and seniority levels.
• Strong consultative communication and stakeholder management skills.
