What You'll Do:
- Lead and develop a multi-layered recruiting organization supporting 100-200+ Engineering and IT requisitions across India and APAC.
- Set sourcing and talent strategies for hard-to-fill roles in AI, machine learning, security, and infrastructure.
- Advise senior Engineering and IT leaders on organization design, workforce planning, and hiring priorities using data.
