Associate Specialist, Talent Sourcing, OTS India Recruiting

Accountabilities:

• Support identification, screening, and interviewing of operational candidates based on short-term staffing requirements.
• Participate in sourcing passive candidates by assessing local expertise and career potential against client needs.
• Use job boards, social media, direct outreach, and other methods to identify qualified candidates.

Requirements:

• Foundational knowledge of recruitment, talent sourcing, or HR practices is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build positive candidate relationships.
• Ability to analyze sourcing channels and adapt approaches to improve results.
