Non-Technical Talent Acquisition Apprentice

About the Role:

• We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Apprentice to join our People team for a structured 12-month apprenticeship.
• You will work on real hiring initiatives that directly contribute to building high-performing teams.
• Supported by mentorship, practical training, and structured learning throughout the programme.

Responsibilities:

• Understand hiring requirements, job descriptions, and candidate profiles to support recruitment.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and internal databases.
• Conduct initial screening, coordinate interviews, and maintain candidate data in the ATS.

Requirements:

• Recent graduates in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Commerce, or related fields.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote environment.
