Talent Sourcer

Accountabilities:

• Proactively identify and source qualified candidates for technical positions across software engineering, data science, product management, and hardware.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines using LinkedIn, GitHub, job boards, professional communities, and other online sourcing channels.
• Engage passive candidates through personalized outreach and conduct initial screening to assess experience and interest.

Requirements:

• Genuine interest in recruiting, talent acquisition, or the technology industry.
• Strong research skills and ability to identify suitable candidates across multiple online platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills for personalized candidate outreach.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in talent sourcing, recruiting coordination, or research.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, or applicant tracking systems.
• Understanding of technical job functions and requirements for engineering and product roles.
