What you'll do:

• Partner with hiring managers and talent partners to engage passive talent through creative sourcing methods.

• You have 5+ years of experience sourcing for technical roles across engineering and research in markets like EMEA/US.
• You bring an established, high-profile network in business communities and a proven track record in high-growth environments.
• You leverage data and analytics to drive sourcing decisions and measure effectiveness.
