Your Mission:

• Identify, attract, and land top global talent while building a recruitment stack that matches the scale of a company serving 50M users.
• Map and engage elite talent through thoughtful outreach, networking, and unconventional sourcing channels.
• Maintain long-term relationships with passive talent globally to stay ahead of hiring needs.

Candidate Experience & Evaluation:

• Own the candidate journey from first discovery call to final close, ensuring every interaction is clear, respectful, and high-quality.
• Conduct structured interviews to assess technical aptitude and cultural alignment.
• Provide concise, actionable summaries for Hiring Managers and Leadership.

Process Innovation & Collaboration:

• Work closely with Founders and Team Leads to improve hiring workflows and strengthen operations as we grow past 100+ employees.
• Contribute to creative employer branding initiatives that position EverAI as the #1 destination for the world's best AI talent.
• Experiment with new AI tools and sourcing strategies to keep the quality bar high.
