Lead electronics supplier industrialization for EW products from early PCBA builds to production ramp. Own and manage electrical commodities like PCB/PCBA, cables, connectors, and components. Drive manufacturing readiness and process improvements including SPC, PFMEA, and capacity planning.
Drive strategic supply network development and cost management for the Counter Intrusion product portfolio. Partner with engineering, quality, and manufacturing to accelerate product development and optimize total cost of ownership. Lead cost engineering activities, BOM risk assessment, and value-stream mapping to maximize product lifecycle value.
Work with cross-functional teams to deliver embedded processing solutions for communications and networking. Own the FPGA firmware lifecycle from MATLAB/Simulink algorithms through architecture, integration, and test. Establish HDL workflows and best practices for simulation, verification, and system testing.
