About the Job:
- The Senior Product Sourcing Engineer drives strategic supply network development and cost management across the product lifecycle.
- Collaborates with suppliers and cross-functional teams including engineering, quality, and manufacturing.
What You'll Do:
- Conduct supplier selection and partner with strategic suppliers to accelerate product development.
- Drive BOM consolidation, CAPEX management, and value-stream mapping.
- Lead cost engineering to converge bottoms-up cost curves to product cost.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, or related technical field, plus 6+ years of sourcing experience.
- Domain expertise in value/procurement engineering or TCO-related work.
- Ability to travel 30-40% and obtain a U.S. TS clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in mechanical engineering or advanced technical degree.
- Experience with electronics/mechanical design and advanced sourcing activities.
- Familiarity with high-mix low-volume products and fast-paced startup environments.
