Job Description
As part of the Learning Team at ClickHouse, you will coordinate, manage, and support the organization's global training programs. Key responsibilities include scheduling and organizing training events (virtual and in-person), coordinating training logistics across multiple regions, managing and maintaining the LMS, and tracking training metrics. You will also collaborate with various teams such as Sales and Marketing to identify and execute on training needs. The company seeks someone with 2-4 years of experience in training coordination or a related role, proficiency with LMS, CMS, Marketo, Zoom, and Google Workspace, and strong organizational and communication skills.
