Lead full-cycle recruiting for a range of technical roles, develop sourcing strategies and candidate engagement plans, and serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers. You will own interview logistics, ensure a smooth candidate experience, and support recruiting initiatives.

We’re looking for an Assistant Controller to oversee Corporate Accounting, Consolidations and Order to Cash, including the monthly close process end-to-end. Reporting to the Controller, you will be responsible for hiring and developing team members, managing day-to-day accounting activities, and establishing new processes as well as improving existing processes to drive efficiency.

Own daily administration of the LMS, including user group structures, complex assignment logic, troubleshooting, and system permissions. Manage enterprise-level training assignments, including dynamic rules and automated workflows. Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy, completion tracking, and compliance alignment. Lead quarterly and annual reviews of training programs to measure completion, effectiveness, and engagement. Respond to timely leadership and regulatory reporting needs with curated insights.
