The Enhanced Due Diligence Lead is responsible for developing the strategy for onboarding new products and services. They will enhance the EDD infrastructure to address new or changed regulation or industry trends, improve scale and efficiency, and lead various AML programs and processes. This role involves advising business partners on regulatory requirements and best business practices associated with new products and services.
As a member of this team, you'll be the company's voice and will use exceptional empathy and product expertise to ensure our users feel understood and valued. You will be empowered to help our customers with a range of needs from simplistic to complex by phone, email and chat. This work will range in various topics including equities trading, margin, and options trading-related issues. Your job is not only to help our customers, but to help us learn as a company from each interaction.
Support the execution of internal fraud strategy by supporting investigations, contributing to program development, and collaborating cross-functionally to surface risks and improve controls. Partner with all lines of business to build out workflows, improve visibility, and operationalize fraud deterrence and detection efforts. Play a key part in a team building a first-of-its-kind fraud program in a high-impact, fast-paced environment.
