Application Specialist

As Application Specialist, you’ll be a key part of the team that makes investments here at Hometap – helping to fulfill the mission of making home ownership less stressful and more accessible. You will be responsible for reviewing homeowner applications, verifying application data with third party service providers, and coordinating cross functionally to orchestrate the closing and funding of investments. You will own a pipeline of homeowner applications for processing, obtain necessary supplemental information from Homeowners, place orders with third-party vendors, verify all documentation, and complete initial reviews. Requires communication with the Sales team and coordination with the Signing and Funding team.
