Job Description
An immediate opportunity for a Mergers & Acquisitions Analyst to join the business development team. Reporting to the Director of M&A Analytics, you will play a vital role in the company’s rapid growth. You will organize, analyze and further develop acquisition opportunities within the veterinary industry through direct contact with regional directors, practice owners, and brokers.
You will analyze financial information, participate in internal investment committee discussions, address follow-up questions, and secure Letters of Intent for target practices. You’ll manage the deal pipeline, prepare weekly deal updates, and evaluate internal data to refine pro-forma/model assumptions. The role involves identifying trends in financial performance and providing recommendations for improvements, evaluating current and expected future expenditures and depreciations.
