Senior Director, Creditors Rights Service & Delivery (Remote)

About the Role:

• Proof's Creditors Rights business is scaling quickly, and we're looking for a builder to own delivery end-to-end.
• As Senior Director, you'll define the operating model and execute against it, working hands-on while the function is still taking shape.
• This is a chance to build the infrastructure behind a high-growth, mission-critical part of our business from the ground up.

What You'll Do:

• Own remote discovery, scoping, and implementation for all new and expansion Creditors Rights accounts.
• Design, document, and continuously refine the end-to-end workflow from discovery through filing.
• Establish quality control, SLAs, and productivity benchmarks for a function that's still being built.

What You'll Bring:

• Deep subject matter expertise in Creditors Rights practice and procedure.
• Proven experience building operational process from scratch.
• Comfortable operating in a matrixed structure and managing dotted-line technical resources.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Full-time, salaried position with compensation $175,000-$250,000 based on experience and location.
