Key Responsibilities:
- Act as fractional COO for client organizations, advancing strategy and translating priorities into executable plans.
- Own compliance, HR, financial management, and project management across multiple client engagements.
- Manage client relationships, select tools, and build SOPs to make work repeatable and scalable.
About You:
- 4+ years of operations experience in startups or agencies, owning multiple domains.
- Proven ability to execute and delegate operational work to a high standard.
- Strong judgment, initiative, and a humble, growth-oriented mindset.
Compensation and Benefits:
- €40-55 per hour (full-time equivalent €70-110k per year).
- Full-time role with remote-first work, requiring overlap with CEST and Pacific time.
- Contract setup via EOR, direct employment, or contractor relationship; benefits customized for full-time team members.
