Job Summary:
- We are seeking a Senior Operations Manager to support HR and finance operations, ensuring the team has resources to advance the mission.
- This is a full-time, remote position based in the US, reporting to the Director of People Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage hiring, onboarding, offboarding, performance reviews, and benefits administration.
- Support budget tracking, financial modeling, invoicing, and vendor management.
- Coordinate internal processes, legal reviews, and IT/cybersecurity initiatives.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of operations experience including HR functions and budget support.
- Strong spreadsheet and project management skills, with attention to detail.
- Alignment with the missions of Swing Left and Vote Forward, and ability to work remotely.
