Chief Operating Officer

Objective:

• Own the operational, financial, and executional backbone of the company.
• Enable the CEO to focus on vision, growth, and external relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Run regular executive team meetings and ensure every department sets OKRs and Health Indicators.
• Hold department C-level executives accountable for quarterly OKR execution and analyze KPIs monthly.
• Manage the Operations team, maintain the company Work OS, and oversee resource allocation.

Skills and Experience:

• 3+ years as an Associate Partner at a top-tier strategy consultancy (McKinsey, BCG, or Bain).
• Prior experience operating inside a fast-growing company with direct P&L or budget accountability.
• Track record building or scaling a company operating system and managing remote, cross-border teams.
