This role offers a strategic leadership opportunity to drive community engagement and mission impact in a dynamic nonprofit environment. The Executive Director will partner with volunteer leaders to develop and execute annual plans addressing local community needs. Manage high-performing volunteer boards and committees, cultivate relationships with donors and partners, and ensure the delivery of impactful programs.

• Lead customer-facing project delivery teams for signage and brand implementation.
• Define and execute enterprise-wide project management strategy.
• Foster a culture of empowerment, ownership, and innovation.

• Develop and execute the strategic plan for third-party loan origination channels to meet and exceed growth, profitability, and volume targets.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new third-party originators and develop partnerships with key mortgage intermediaries.
• Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for all third-party channels, using data analytics to guide strategy, optimize performance, and forecast future growth.

Guide agency teams to deliver solutions that drive measurable outcomes as a senior, strategic delivery lead. Oversee delivery quality and operational excellence across multiple client portfolios. Partner with functional and capability leads to ensure teams are resourced effectively, resolving conflicts and mitigating delivery risks.

Lead day-to-day program management for new in-person experiences, from planning through launch and operations. Develop operating models, playbooks, and SOPs for staffing, training, and client engagement. Partner with cross-functional teams (Design, Marketing, Finance, CX) to align and execute. Manage vendor and partner relationships, including F&B, tech, and service providers.

Translate company vision into medium- and long-term operational strategies, while keeping the fulfillment engine running at its best every single day. Chart the course for operational excellence by building and executing our long-term supply chain strategy. Steer all supply chain functions, including restaurant and delivery partnerships and support, and the optimization of our chain of custody framework.
