Lead business performance and execution across a portfolio of dance and performing arts businesses, establishing management rhythms and standards. Own the consolidated budget, forecast, and P&L view, partnering with business-unit leaders and Finance. Coach and advise business-unit leaders to strengthen execution and financial management while preserving their ownership.

Process payroll accurately and on deadline, compiling data from multiple systems using Excel pivot tables. Serve as first point of contact for employee and manager payroll questions, responding with empathy and clarity. Maintain accurate employee records in Paylocity and administer the employee incentive program through Snappy.

Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for weekly, biweekly, and semi-monthly pay schedules. Supervise and develop payroll coordinators, setting priorities and reviewing work for accuracy. Ensure compliance with FLSA and federal, state, and local wage-and-hour requirements.
