Business Performance & Execution:
- Establish and lead a consistent management rhythm with portfolio-wide standards for project management, reporting, and dashboards.
- Hold leaders accountable for commitments, identify risks early, and simplify work by cutting unnecessary reporting and meetings.
Business Planning & Financial Performance:
- Own the consolidated budget, forecast, and P&L view across the portfolio in partnership with business-unit leaders and Finance.
- Lead business planning and performance reviews that turn financial and operational results into insights and forward-looking actions.
Leader Partnership & Development:
- Advise, coach, and partner with business-unit leaders to strengthen their execution and financial management.
- Challenge assumptions and address performance issues while preserving leaders' ownership.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Compensation range for this position is $160,000-180,000 per year plus bonus.
