What You'll Do:
- Own strategic financial planning both near and long term, and identify drivers of growth, efficiency, and cash.
- Serve as a key voice to the Executive Team, shaping the financial narrative and partnering with the CFO.
- Partner with GTM, Product, and functional leaders to turn data into insights non-finance teams can act on.
Responsibilities:
- Lead scenario modeling, sensitivity analysis, and investment cases for major decisions, applying the right depth.
- Build and scale the FP&A team and operating model, including talent development and governance.
- Oversee sales compensation administration to align incentive plans with company goals.
What You Bring To The Team:
- 15+ years of progressive FP&A or Strategic Finance leadership in high-growth SaaS.
- Analytical storyteller who turns complex financials into clear narratives for executives and boards.
