Vice President, FP&A

Role Overview:

• Shape the financial future of a rapidly growing, AI-powered identity security leader.
• Lead a talented finance team, transforming how we plan, forecast, and analyze our business.
• Directly influence strategic decisions that fuel expansion, working with founders and C-suite.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and mentor a team of ~25 finance professionals in a high-growth SaaS environment.
• Design advanced financial models and AI-powered analytics for SaaS metrics like ARR, NRR, and churn.
• Drive end-to-end process automation and maintain scalable, real-time business intelligence solutions.

What You Bring:

• Deep experience with Workday Adaptive Planning, NetSuite ERP, and cloud data environments like Azure SQL.
• Proficiency in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau), Python, and SQL for data analysis and automation.
• Exceptional ability to influence executive leadership and translate financial data into strategic recommendations.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of progressive FP&A experience, with significant leadership in SaaS companies.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field; MBA or CPA strongly preferred.
• Proven track record of managing 20+ finance professionals and automating financial processes.
