Key Responsibilities:
- Own the annual budgeting process, rolling multi-year financial forecasts, and long-range strategic plans.
- Prepare and present materials for the Board of Directors, Investor Relations, and external financial stakeholders.
- Build, mentor, and scale a world-class FP&A team.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8-10 years of FP&A or management accounting experience in a technology or software company.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- Deep mastery of enterprise platforms such as NetSuite, Google Sheets, and Adaptive Insights.
