Lead enterprise-wide planning, forecasting, and performance analytics for a growth-stage SaaS business.
Be directly involved in building and stress-testing financial models, translating numbers into strategic decisions.
Report to the CFO and partner with executive leadership and business unit owners.

Key Responsibilities:

10+ years of progressive finance experience, including FP&A leadership, with a track record of being genuinely hands-on.
Direct experience in a SaaS or recurring-revenue business, fluent in ARR, NRR, churn, cohort, and unit economics.
Strong financial modeling and scenario-planning skills, able to build complex models from scratch.

Compensation & Benefits:

Base salary range: $200,000 - $240,000 USD and $185,000 - $225,000 CAD.
