Role Overview:
- The VP of Strategic Finance will lead long-term financial strategy, M&A analysis, and new business model implementation, partnering with executive leadership.
- This role reports to the SVP of FP&A and is eligible for remote work within the US.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute 3-5 year long-range financial models and drive top-down financial targets.
- Lead pricing strategy, M&A due diligence, and build a high-performing strategic finance team.
- Support executive leadership with board and investor communications.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 12 years of progressive finance experience in enterprise SaaS, with strong financial modeling and SaaS metrics expertise.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
