Strategic Finance and Pricing Lead

The Role:

• In this high-visibility role at a fast-growing company, you will work with the Vice President of Strategic Finance and partner with functional leaders to analyze the business and develop strategic initiatives.
• You'll collaborate with go-to-market teams to develop and scale pricing, and shape overall company strategy to define sustainable growth and path to profitability.

What You’ll Do:

• Act as a partner and report into the Vice President of Strategic Finance & Corporate Development across all initiatives.
• Perform key strategic and financial analyses to support high-impact decisions such as pricing, new products, and cost structure analysis.
• Partner with leaders across the organization to develop a vision for scaling efficiently and achieving profitability.

Who You Are:

• You have 3+ years of experience in banking, PE, VC, or strategic finance at a startup.
• You are a master of Excel and familiar with data visualization and AI tools.
• You have a robust understanding of financial statements and have built financial models from scratch.
