About the Role:
- This is a strategic finance leadership role supporting Red Cell and its portfolio companies.
- You will report to the Director of Finance and work closely with the CFO and Senior Leadership Team.
- The role spans multiple incubations across industries and stages, from discovery to Series B.
What You'll Do:
- Lead M&A and liquidity event modeling from initial analysis through close.
- Conduct comps research and analysis to benchmark and inform strategic decisions.
- Build and manage financial models including scenario planning, cash planning, and unit economics.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years in strategic finance, investment banking, or FP&A.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
