Role Overview:
- Lead the FP&A division and provide oversight and analytical support for key strategies and initiatives.
- Create complex financial and strategic models and analysis, recommending solutions to the business.
- Maintain a realistic and attainable long-term plan for the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with cross-functional business owners and International managers to align goals.
- Act as liaison between Operations and Sales Departments through the Strategic Finance teams.
- Lead global annual budgeting, financial planning, and monthly re-forecasting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business or related field; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive FP&A or Corporate Finance experience.
- Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, ThinkCell, and familiarity with Adaptive or similar tools.
