This role includes full responsibility for all aspects of the company’s accounting, tax, and treasury functions including corporate accounting and operations, technical accounting policy and standards interpretation, financial systems and controls, and external reporting. The Corporate Controller will also oversee tax reporting, compliance, and planning. The successful candidate will be a key member of the Finance Leadership Team.

As a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at TerrAscend will serve as a strategic advisor and financial steward of the organization. Reporting directly to the President & CEO, the CFO is responsible for leading the company’s financial strategy, operational planning, and compliance within the unique landscape of the regulated cannabis industry. This role will shape financial policy, drive growth initiatives.
