The Relationship Manager plays a key role in supporting financial advisors by helping them manage their books of business and ensuring seamless operational execution. This role is responsible for handling the operational tasks that allow advisors to focus on client relationship-building and financial planning.

Assist CRE Relationship Managers in real estate loan activity and the underwriting and funding of loans. Develop and analyze credit information. Prepare credit offerings, working closely with CRE Relationship Managers, Credit Administration, and Loan Administration to close transactions. Monitor borrower financial information and manage a CRE portfolio of borrowing clients with responsibility for portfolio quality.

This position is focused around conducting heavy-volume negotiations with creditors in concurrence with the FDCPA and reaching contracts with the goal of lowering clients' debt. The role involves establishing and maintaining contact with creditors and collection agencies, analyzing client portfolios to determine the best financial strategy, and reviewing client's banking accounts.
