Manager, Mortgage Strategy & Brokering

Wealthsimple is looking for an entrepreneurial, data-driven, and tech-savvy Manager, Mortgage Strategy + Brokering to oversee our growing team of mortgage brokers. Reporting to the Director, Principal Mortgage Broker, you’ll help define and scale the strategy for Wealthsimple’s mortgage brokerage. You’ll lead a team of brokers, coach them to exceed client expectations, and collaborate with product, marketing, legal, and compliance teams to ensure operational excellence. In this role you will have the opportunity to: Lead and coach a team of mortgage brokers to deliver outstanding client experiences and achieve performance goals. Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing expert advice, and guiding clients through the mortgage process. Design and improve workflows using AI, driving efficiencies across sales, onboarding, and operations. Partner with Wealthsimple's legal, compliance, product, and marketing teams to ensure all activities align with regulatory requirements and company objectives. Analyze performance data to uncover insights and guide strategy, coaching, and process improvements. Foster a team culture rooted in accountability, transparency, and innovation.
