Splash Financial is seeking a Senior Credit Manager to be the key driving force behind Splash’s credit performance and responsible for explosive growth. The role will report directly to the Chief Data Science & Credit Officer and work very closely with other senior leaders in Credit and Operations.
Oversee and optimize the performance, compliance, and daily operations of our credit card program, working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure smooth execution of our card initiatives, manage key vendor relationships, and help scale the program as we grow. Lead day-to-day operations of our crypto-backed credit card and manage relationships with issuing banks, processors, and card networks. Monitor program KPIs and provide actionable recommendations.
Lead the development, execution, and scaling of the capital markets infrastructure for our rapidly growing Indirect Auto lending business. This high impact role will lead the launch of Upgrade’s Auto ABS securitization program, optimize warehouse financing across multiple facilities, and build long-term forward flow partnerships. Directly work with internal and external stakeholders to establish a diversified capital strategy in a fast-paced, execution-oriented environment.
Oversee all aspects of our payment infrastructure. This role includes managing relationships with payment processors, reducing chargebacks and refunds, optimizing billing flows, and ensuring payment compliance across platforms. Monitor and reduce chargebacks, disputes, and refund rates. Manage integrations with existing and new payment processors. Maintain strong communication with payment providers and resolve transactional issues. Analyze payment data and implement risk mitigation strategies.
