• Build and evolve Kraken’s financial risk frameworks covering counterparty risk, treasury risk, payment rails, and crypto market structure.
• Partner with product and engineering teams to evaluate and shape new products before launch.
• Build scenario frameworks to model extreme crypto market conditions.

• Own and drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution across the Earn and Borrow product suite.
• Lead a team of two Product Managers and serve as the domain expert across staking, stablecoins, DeFi yield.
• Define quarterly and annual plans; align with eng, design, risk, compliance, and business stakeholders.

• Own the full DevEx product vertical end-to-end.
• Conduct deep discovery with internal and external stakeholders.
• Define and maintain a clear product roadmap for Partner APIs, SDKs, and Agent flows.

• Design risk frameworks governing spot, derivatives, options, and OTC trading.
• Define exposure limits, position controls, and escalation frameworks for trading activities.
• Build and improve market risk analytics including VaR, stress testing, and scenario analysis.
