Open Positions
Own and deliver the Rootstock Vaults sales plan, including ideal customer profile, target list, and weekly forecast, within your first 60 days. Run sales as a clean, repeatable process: qualify counterparties, code every lost deal, and keep the pipeline current in the CRM. Grow the arm's-length loan book and onboard funds, treasuries, and trusts as customers for dollar loans, yield, and bitcoin yield opportunities.

Own capital raising end-to-end, sourcing institutional allocators and closing deals yourself. Represent the fund at industry events and feed allocator demand back into fund strategy. Work closely with the VP of Sales, fund management, and risk/legal/compliance teams.
