Skills You Should Hodl:

8+ years in product management, with 3+ years managing other PMs
Deep fluency in crypto earn/yield products. You understand staking mechanics, validator economics, liquid staking derivatives, DeFi yield sources, and lending/borrow models at a protocol level.
Strong analytical chops and can build and interrogate models around yield spreads, risk-adjusted returns, utilization curves
