About The Role:
- Co-design financial products and value propositions with the Product Lead.
- Translate partner capabilities and protocol mechanics into desirable products.
- Contribute to product direction from a market and risk perspective.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess financial, counterparty, liquidity, and interest rate risks.
- Stress test yield strategies and evaluate vulnerabilities.
- Model downside scenarios and assess impacts under stress.
What You Bring:
- Experience in financial product design, risk strategy, or structured finance.
- DeFi-native experience with a strong understanding of protocol mechanics.
- Strong expertise in structured product risk, including counterparty and liquidity risk.
